Being an early adopter of any new hardware is always a risk, and in the case of Apple’s new 13-inch MacBook Pro, it’s one that hasn’t worked out. In some A keyboard bug is said to be effecting a limited amount of the new laptops, and Apple is pledging to fix it.

The issue stems from the device’s keyboard and touchpad, which are said to become unresponsive in ‘rare’ cases. Apple is advising users close the laptop for a minute. This allows the components to reset themselves. It’s thought that these issues could be bypassed using external devices, though this is hardly a good solution.

Hopefully a fix for the keyboard bug is inbound asap.
