LG targeting 10 million sales for G2

LG has put a lot of its eggs in the G2’s basket, and the company is hoping that it pays off, as it plans to sell at least 10 million.

It shouldn’t be impossible to do, with other companies managing the same feat, but LG is targeting at least 20,000 G2 sales a month in Taiwan alone.

It’s not the first time we’ve seen the 10 million figure, with rumours back in July that the company had hoped as much, but at an event in Taiwan, the company’s Taiwanese confirmed as much.

LG’s goal is to get five percent market share in smartphone sales globally, and 10 percent among high end devices.
