White Nexus 7 coming to match the Nexus 5

Earlier this year we saw Google step into bold new territory with the white Nexus 5 (yes, that was sarcastic). Now the company is following through on that with a white Nexus 7.

The front of the device it still the standard black, but the backing is covered in the sparkling pearly colour. It’s currently only available in 32GB and Wi-Fi only. Google currently has the phone on sale in the US, UK and Japan.

There’s also a rather dashing new folio case to cover it all in, complete with built-in kickstand. It comes in black or bright red. Although if you’ve just bought a white Nexus 7, we don’t recommend covering it in the black casing.
