OnePlus will be unveiling the much anticipated budget high-end OnePlus 3 today, but it looks like they shouldn’t bother.

OnePlus are working with Amazon to help shift their new device, understandable as OnePlus do not have the necessary e-commerce might, to fulfil demands (that’s why they had the archaic invite system in place).

Well it looks like Amazon India has dropped the ball and posted the OnePlus 3 up for sale. The source reveals everything about the new device. To be fair a lot of it we already know, we’ve been spoiled for leaks. But what we didn’t know is an official price, we now have the official price for India. The OnePlus 3 will cost 27,999 rupees. Converted it comes in at £294 ($416).

We’re expecting the OnePlus to retail in the UK for around £280 but it could well be north of £290.

OnePlus 3 Specs

Aside from the revelation of the price we also got specs. It will feature a 5.5-inch Optic AMOLED display with 1080p resolution, protected by Gorilla Glass 4. Under the hood is a Snapdragon 820, 6GB RAM, and 64GB of internal memory (un-expandable).

The camera sensors have been revealed, showing a 16-megapixel Sony IMX298 rear camera, with optical image stabilisation, phase-detection auto-focus, LED flash and 4K recording.

The front camera shows an 8-megapixel Sony IMX179 sensor with 1080p video recording. Other parts of interest include a front-facing fingerprint sensor, category 6 LTE, NFC (welcome back) and a 3,000mAh battery with Dash Charge support.

While it seems we know everything about the OnePlus 3 now, we could still be in for a few surprises. We’ll know everything come 17:30 BST. You can tune into the OnePlus 3 press conference by downloading the app and watching it through a VR headset.

If you don’t have a VR headset you can watch the event on the official website at 20:00 BST. But those who do tune in early with a VR headset, will be given priority to buy the new device.
