Here’s something that probably won’t surprise you all the much – Apple’s iPad has been crowned the most used tablet in the UK, with other rivals trailing behind.

Researched conducted by Mobile Ad Network Mojiva has revealed that 41 percent of the country’s tablet usage is through Apple’s full-sized tablet. That includes all types of the model currently out there. Coming in second is Samsung’s Note series, with 22 percent of usage happening there. After that, Apple returns with the iPad Mini at eight percent of usage. The Amazon Kindle Fire HD has seven percent. Asus models claim five percent while B&N’s Nook HD has a single percent to itself. The remaining 15 percent is made up of other, unspecified devices.

Other bits of info revealed that women are more likely to use an iPad than men are, while men will also be more likely to use the Samsung tablets. The 34 – 45 age group is the most likely to use an iPad, too. We’ve included the research provided to us below, just in case you want to make your own findings or look up where you are likely to sit on the graph. Head to Mojvia’s site for more info.
