It seems like Android-based consoles are all the rage right now, and Mad Catz is getting in on it all. The company’s Mojo box is now shipping. Put simply, it’s an Android-based gaming console similar to Ouya, which kickstarted its way into people’s houses a while back.

The $249.99 box rungs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and hosts a range of Android games and apps. It uses Nvidia’s Tegra 4 processor with 16GB of built-in storage.

A Bluetooth controller comes in the box. That uses dual sticks and even has some dedicated buttons for watching videos. It boasts a long battery life and ‘lag free’ gaming.

We’ve got a trailer for the Mad Catz Mojo above. It’s shipping now in the US.
