Translate app review

There isn’t so much as an inch of fat on Translate’s bones – even the title drops all but the most essential of words. This is a strictly functional translation app, but it works very well indeed – you choose your languages, type a phrase and tap to translate.

Okay, it’s essentially just a skin for Google Translate, but there can be little argument when it works so efficiently. There might be a few arguments surrounding the 14 dropped languages though – “only” 45 out of 59 languages are supported.  Just don’t plan any Japanese or Chinese trips with this in tow.
