Those of you with Windows Phone will likely look on today’s Vine launch on Android and be green with envy — but do not fret, there may be an unofficial solution launching by week’s end.

Developer Rudy Huyn has posted a YouTube video showcasing the app, and says it took him just 9 hours to build.

The app is currently working on Windows Phone 8 only — so those of you still stuck on Windows Phone 7.x are sadly out of luck, although that’s not to say the app won’t be coming to you guys in the future.

For now, be grateful that the woeful gap in Windows Phone apps is being plugged by passionate developers and take at look at Huyn’s work so far.
