S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra now available for UK consumers

Samsung has announced it has released its 2020 Galaxy S smartphone series in the UK.

The Korean vendor announced the three flagship variants: S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra in late February with the base S20 version retailing at £899. The 4G version starts from £799.

The S20+ costs £999 and the S20 Ultra retails from £1,199.

All three phones are 5G-compatible and can be purchased from each of the country’s mobile operators, as well as MVNOs Sky Mobile and BT Mobile.

Samsung Electronics UK and Ireland corporate vice president Conor Pierce said: “We’ve listened to our customers and know how important the camera is to them.

“With the S20 range, we have again delivered this, showcasing the future of photography in the palm of your hand for those who love to capture and share the world around them.

“For Samsung, 2020 marks a new decade for the Galaxy range. This year we continue our focus on 5G, which is enabled across the entire S20 range.

“We’re also giving our customers more choice with three devices – S200, S20+ 5G, and the groundbreaking S20 Ultra 5G.”
