Samsung launches Galaxy Apollo on Orange

A long-lasting 1500mAh battery will ensure the phone won’t let you down before the end of a day of enjoying a multitude of different features, from music, video, photographs, web and thousands of apps. The phone comes with Samsung’s TouchWiz front-end and support for a range of video codecs that go beyond the standard Android formats, including DivX/Xvid, Windows Media (wmv) and Real.

 

There’s a 3-megapixel camera, A-GPS, Wi-Fi, 3G with HSDPA (3.6Mbps) and a 3.2-inch Wide-VGA (240×400 pixel) display.

 

Following the exclusive period with Orange, it is expected that the phone will be available from other networks and retailers later in the year.
