Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 EU ban temporarily lifted

The EU-wide ban (excluding Holland) on sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 has been temporarily lifted pending a review of whether the initial ruling was valid.

Samsung has argued that Apple may have even manipulated images of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 to make it appear to look even more like an iPad 2 in order to secure the injunction.

As a result, with the exception of Germany, sales can now resume on the tablet pending a full review.
