Tech Energi’s 5000mAh power bank is small but mighty

Mobile accessory brand Tech Energi has ventured into power banks and its first offering, the TE50 is a small but powerful product packed with valuable features.

The TE50 power bank is pocket sized and ideal to use on the go but offers a supremely impressive 5000mAh worth of battery.

The power bank supports both Qualcomm QC 3.0 (Quick Charge) and PD (Power Delivery).

In Tech Energi’s typically great looking canned packaging, the can contains the power bank, a USB-C charging cable, a user manual and a drawstring pouch.

The power bank can charge a smartphone or tablet from 0 to 50 per cent in 30 minutes and can charge two devices simultaneously using both of its charge slots.

My old iPhone XR is typically slow to charger from a power socket and this power bank proved especially impressive as it charged my iPhone twice as quick as it usually does.

However, the power bank does take quite a while to charge itself, taking around 3 to 3.5 hours to fully charge. This is perhaps the only criticism I had during my time using the product as it was generally impressive in all other departments.

The power bank comes in two variants with a 10000mAh edition also available to consumers.

The TE50 power bank retails for £34.96 and is available at: https://techenergi.com/collections/tech-energi%C2%AE-products/products/tech-energi%C2%AE-te50-pd-power-delivery-qc-3-0-quick-charge-5000mah-power-bank-on-the-go

It should be noted that the entirety of Tech Energi’s range is covered by a lifetime warranty.
