Motorola’s upcoming third generation Moto G may have just been leaked ahead of its expected July release date.

A couple of press renders which show the device have surfaced on technology website TechnoBuffalo, apparently sent by an anonymous tipster. The phone keeps the clean design of the previous two devices, with a similar look that feels very minimalistic. Aside from the speaker grilles on the front of the device, theres very little going on.

Bang for buck

The last two Moto G devices have both been incredibly popular, offering impressive features at a cheap price point. While we still don’t know what the third generation device will bring, reports indicate a Snapdragon 410 chip, 1GB of RAM and a 5-inch 1280 x 720-pixel display. 8GB of storage and LTE support are also expected to be included, the latter of which is becoming increasingly common on cheaper devices such as this. A 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera complete the package, offering plenty of firepower for photographers.

While there is still no word yet on a launch date, there have been numerous rumours floating around of some new devices hitting the market in the third quarter. Since the Moto G released in september last year, could it be one of those mystery devices?
