Oppo releases budget A53 smartphone

OPPO has unveiled its A53 smartphone which will be made available to UK audiences today.

The Chinese vendor’s latest budget device features a 6.5-inch HD+ screen and a 90Hz refresh rate.

The smartphone comes packed with a 5,000mAh battery and an 18W fast charger and is powered by the Snapdragon 460 processor.

The A53 includes an 18MP front camera and a 13MP AI triple camera on the rear of the phone, including a 13MP main camera, a 2MP depth camera, and a 2MP Macro camera.

The A53 is available in four colours including fancy blue, mint cream, electric black, and fairy white.

Options for the device include 4GB memory and 64B storage.

CPW – 15th October (Mint Cream (exclusive) & Black)

Amazon – 16th October (Black)

O2 – 26th October (Black)

EE – 30th October (Black)

The handset has a SIM-free price of £159.
