Opera Mini is approved by Apple for iPhone and iPod touch

Opera Mini enables faster mobile browsing, by compressing and reformatting pages remotely – by as much as 90% in some cases.

Time savings are even more marked when the phone is using a 2G GPRS or EDGE network.

Opera Mini 5 also supports Opera Link, which synchronises bookmarks, and Speed Dial – giving easy access to your own choice of favourite sites.

The application will be available, free of charge, from the Apple App Store for the iPhone and iPod touch. It may take up to 24 hours to appear on all stores, depending on country.
