Nokia E5 starts shipping

Nokia has begun shipping its latest Enterprise model, the Nokia E5. It is on sale for £259 SIM Free via the Nokia shop.The 3G/HSPA E5 is a Symbian powered smartphone (Series 60 3rd Edition) that follows the successful E63 and E72 models, with a full QWERTY keyboard.

It will have a quick and easy system to set up your email, with support for over 90% of corporate email systems through Mail for Exchange and IBM Lotus Notes Traveler. Security is vital, so the E5 offers remote locking by SMS and device and memory card data encryption.

Integrated GPS means support for Ovi Maps and the free turn-by-turn navigation, as well as information from TimeOut, Expedia, Michelin, Lonely Planet, Qype and Trip Advisor. There’s also a 5-megapixel camera and Wi-Fi.

The E5 is available in black or white, for £259 SIM-free.
