Nexus 5X update will fix problems

The LG Nexus 5X will be receiving an update to address the problems users have been facing.

With the 5X being a Nexus device, it offers one of the best performances for an Android device. It’s what you expect from a Nexus device, seeing as it’s from Android creators Google. But that wasn’t always the case with the LG Nexus 5X. Users experienced slow down in performance and random crashes with apps. Even native apps like the camera suffered from constant crashing.

In a Reddit post, Google announced an over-the-air update will be rolling out, starting since yesterday. It will address the various issues with the 5X, including: connectivity, performance and overall stability. Hopefully users will see an improvement on what is a powerful middleweight device.

Google closed with a promise to “monitor the threads here and pass along info to the product teams.”
