Another handset has joined the growing fleet of KitKat compatible devices today. A Moto X Android 4.4 update is now available for US users on either Sprint of US Cellular. That means that Motorola fans can now get in on all the goodness of improved system stability and all those tiny little features that escape us right now.

We’re still hoping that the Moto X’s little brother, the Moto G, will be getting the very same update in January of next year. That would mean the update spans the globe instead of just the US, where the X is sold. Until then we’ll have to make do with this Moto X Android 4.4 update.
