LG Signature range will make its European debut via an art exhibition at this years IFA 2016 conference in Berlin.

For those unaware, the LG Signature edition is the company’s hyper premium line of products. Designed to be the absolute best combination of hardware and design, they pretty much represent the pinnacle of what’s currently possible with technology.

Take the television for example. It’s a 4K OLED display with passive 3D capabilities, that’s also razor thin. It’s capable of getting the deepest blacks and the brightest whites, with critics universally praising it as one of the best displays currently available. That’s not sensationalism either, as the product won ‘Ultra HD Premium’ accreditation, which is decided by a bunch of experts and film studios. It also recently claimed best panel at the European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA) awards.

The new signature range will be coming to Europe in four parts. There’s the UHD Smart TV we mentioned earlier, plus a refrigerator, washing machine and curiously… an air purifier. Each of them offer the most cutting edge technology. The refrigerator for example includes a unique function where the glass can change from frosted to transparent, allowing you to see the food inside without even opening the door.

LG Signature range is the ultimate in premium style

The products will be launched in an artistic manner, such is the premium demographic which they are aimed at. The Korean electronics giant has partnered with London based art collective Jason Bruges Studio. Based in Hackney, the studio specialises in unique pieces which combine interactive technology and modern art. Considered a pioneer of this hybrid in-between space, Jason Bruges Studio will be creating a “multi-sensory and dynamic experience” to convey each of the products in the Signature range.

The launch will take place in a pop-up gallery located adjacent to the LG booth in Hall 18 of Messe Berlin.
