The LG ARENA (previously known as the KM900) is a fully featured multimedia phone that uses a brand new 3D User Interface.
According to LG, it is designed to be a “more fun and engaging gateway to delivering an amazing multimedia experience.”
President and CEO of LG Mobile Dr Skott Ahn said: “The direct and dynamic UI is unlike anything that has featured on a mobile phone before. The rich 3D graphics, touch sensitivity and dynamic multimedia capabilities, make LG ARENA a truly feature loaded multimedia phone.”
The cube-based layout has four home screens for direct access to the features; music, movies, pictures and so on. The handset also supports all new video and audio technologies, including Dolby and DivX. The phone will offer high-speed data with HSDPA at 7.2Mbps and Wi-Fi, plus integrated GPS.
Further specifications will be available when it is officially unveiled at Mobile World Congress on February 16th.
