Legend of Zelda: Four Sword Anniversary free for US 3DS owners this weekend

The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary is launching for free on the 3DS eShop this weekend. Sadly, it’s only available for the US right now.

Four Swords Anniversary touches up the original game from 2005 on GameBoy Advance. The original is a co-op game with four Links. Anniversary includes a single-player mode to switch between two of them.

Oddly enough Anniversary has released in Europe before. It was free from September 2011 through to the follow February. Since then it’s been taken down.

Can we have it back please, Nintendo?
