Huawei announces mid-range Nova 5T complete with Google services

The mid-ranger will be available in a number of operators and retailers in November

Huawei has announced the European launch of the Huawei Nova 5T smartphone, with the phone coming to the UK next month.

More importantly, the smartphone will come with full Google services according to Huawei, with Android 9 Pie OS.

Although there is no official release date, the Nova 5T will be available from EE, Vodafone, O2, Carphone Warehouse, Argos, Amazon, John Lewis and Shops Direct from £399.

The Nova 5T features a 6.2-inch display equipped with a quad-camera on the rear plus a 32MP front camera for selfies.

It’s powered by a Kirin 980 chipset and comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

Other features include a 3,750mAh battery, side-mounted fingerprint sensor and AI HDR+ shooting.

The Nova 5T will be available in three colours: blue, dark black and purple.
