HTC sending product launch invites for next week, time for the Max?

HTC sending out product launch invites? It must be HTC One Max time.

The Taiwanese manufacturer has started dispatching invites to outlets, advertising the launch of a new device. In fact it was the company’s home turf that struck first, inviting press to a launch of October 18th, which is next Friday. Since then though we’ve seen HTC sending out similar invitations for an event in Hong Kong, announcing its own launch on October 16th. Translated from above, the message simply states: “One finger opens up a big view. You are invited to immerse in the sound with us.”

‘Big view’, eh? Wonder what that could be.

With the sheer amount of HTC leaks we’ve seen in recent weeks, it’s hard to imagine this being for anything else. Still, some of the surprise has already been spoiled – we’ve already heard about the Max’s fingerprint scanner. The sooner the company gets it out, the better for it.
