Earlier today we heard that Samsung’s Galaxy S5 might be revealed this coming March. We don’t have confirmation on that yet, but we do have some alleged Galaxy S5 specs leaks.

SamMobile has apparently gotten hold of a few early specs from a insider. According to the outlet, the Galaxy S5 will include a Quad HD display that measures in at 5.25 inches. There will also be a 16-megapixel camera fitted to the back.

The S5 will reportedly also have two different models with two different processors. One will sport a quad-core Snapdragon 805 while the other with use an eight-core Samsung Exynos 6. There will apparently be both metal and plastic versions of the device. Apparently the former will go for ‚¬800 while the plastic edition will be at ‚¬650.

It will run Android 4.4, though no word on if the Magazine UX, used in the Pro series that we met at CES last week, will be included.

To top it off, it’s rumoured that the phone launch will be followed by a Galaxy S5 Mini and an S5 Zoom. Both should run Android 4.4 KitKat, featuring Super AMOLED displays, with the Mini coming in May and the Zoom hitting in June.

It’s a juicy bit of leakage, this. We certainly wouldn’t scoff at these Galaxy S5 specs but they remain to be seen.
