The Galaxy Note III, pegged to launch at the IFA conference in Berlin this September has had its technical specifications leaked online.

Tech website Sam Mobile has claimed that a ‘trusted insider’ has revealed that two versions of the handset will be available; the SM-N900 and the SM-N9005.

Both models of the Galaxy Note III are claimed to include a 1.8GHz Octa-core Exynos 5420 processor and be available 16, 32 or 64GB of memory, expandable via an SD card slot. The devices are also rumoured to be running Android 4.3 Jellybean. In terms of size Sam Mobile’s source says the Note III will be identical to the Note II   (5.95 x 3.17 x 0.37 in and weighing in at 183 grams) but also revealed that a larger screen should be squeezed into the phablet.

While the source didn’t reveal what processor the N9005 will sport we do know that the N900 will include a 1.8GHz Octa-core Exynos 5420 processor. The same source was able to confirm that the N9005 will offer 3GB of RAM but the RAM specs for the N900 are still unavailable.

Sam Mobile also said that the majority of Galaxy Note III units will come with 32GB of internal memory and that versions with larger hard drives will likely only be available in certain markets.
