FootballFeed, HTC’s new footy app, launches on Android

HTC is the official sponsor of the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europe League, so it only makes sense that the company has its own stat-tracking app for the sport. That’s exactly what FootballFeed is.

The app posts breaking news, live match updates and post-game analysis straight to your smartphone. Info should be going live pretty much as UEFA itself releases it. As for the interface, it’s based on HTC’s BlinkFeed home screen, with a customisable design. According to the company some 83% of football fans use a second screen while watching games now. Clearly it wants some of that market.

FootballFeed is available to download on the Android app store – oh – right now.
