Flash comes to iPhone (unofficially)

This isn’t for anyone that doesn’t want to hack about with their iPhone, but if you are feel adventurous then now it’s possible to view Flash on your iPhone 4 (or 3GS).

To be able to install the alpha-release of Frash, you’ll need to Jailbreak your phone and then follow a set of detailed instructions that can be found here. The process doesn’t look particularly complicated, but it probably isn’t for the faint-hearted.

Still, given the chances of Apple suddenly changing its mind and rolling out support for Flash on the next iOS update, it’s one of the only ways you’ll be able to view Flash files on your iPhone (as well as the iPad and iPod touch, which have also been done).

And if it all goes wrong, you can always restore your iPhone and pretend nothing ever happened…
