Microsoft has confirmed that the Fable trilogy will be released on xbox 360 on February 7th.

As expected, the pack includes both Fable 2 and 3 which first appeared on the system along with the upcoming Fable Anniversary, a remake of the first game. Anniversary will also be launching by itself on that date.

The HD remake will actually base itself off of 2004’s Fable: The Lost Chapters, which expanded on the original release. The Fable Trilogy won’t be including the two games in the series that have released since then – Fable: The Journey and Fable: Heroes.

As for the future, Fable Legends is due on Xbox One. So there’s plenty of the franchise to be going round.
