Announcements concerning the lineup for the upcoming E3 games expo are trickling out in the run-up to the event next month.

The latest news concerns developer Electronic Arts’ (EA) portfolio, which according to Spike TV’s Geoff Keighley will include six new games to be presented at its press conference at the event.

In a  tweet,  Keighley noted that the press conference, set to  take place on 9 June at 3 pm ET,  will last one hour and include all six reveals. The event will be broadcast live on Spike TV’s E3 All Access programme, as well as being streamed through Spike TV’s website, the EA website and Twitch.

So far what we know about EA’s press conference, entitled ‘EA World Premiere: E3 2014 Preview’, is that it will include the company’s announced titles – such as the follow-up to Mirror’s Edge and BioWare’s Dragon Age: Inquisition.

The event will also see EA offer a look at “new projects and intellectual properties currently in development,” according to a press statement from the company.

This lineup will include Star Wars: Battlefront, which was revealed by EA CEO Andrew Wilson during an investor call earlier this month. Other games rumoured to make an appearance include The Sims 4.
