The official tie-in mobile game for the biggest Bollywood film of all time, Dhoom:3, is now a blockbuster smash in its own right having sped past the ten million downloads mark.

Released by Indian mobile games developer 99Games Online, Dhoom:3 The Game achieved the feat in just three months since its release.

Featuring simple tilt-tap controls and gameplay that sees players trying to escape police on a motorbike, Dhoom:3 The Game is aimed at casual and intermediate gamers alike. It can be downloaded for free here.

Following its release in October of last year, Dhoom:3 The Game quickly became the first game made by an Indian company to exceed one million downloads on the Windows Phone Store. Since then the game has been made available for all phone platforms, adding to its popularity as a result.

“Dhoom:3 The Game  has bagged milestone after milestone over the past three months and [now] it has entered an elite club by crossing the ten million download mark,” said  Rohith Bhat, CEO of 99Games Online.
