Orange UK to sell iPhone 3G and 3GS before Christmas

In what may be the first of many similar announcements, Orange today confirmed that it will be selling the iPhone 3G and 3GS before Christmas, and through all retail channels.
Tariff details are not yet known, but What Mobile hopes this will see prices eventually falling - especially if any other network announces its intention to also sell the iPhone in the future (there are rumours that another network or two may even announce something later today or this week).
With the exclusivity agreement with O2 coming to an end in November, we would imagine Orange will be keen to get the handsets on sale as soon as possible thereafter.
Pre registration is already possible, vist: www.orange.co.uk/iPhone and more information will be released in due course.
