In addition to hearing that the Milestone (also known as the Droid Stateside) will be getting an update to Android OS 2.1 in the future, we now hear that Motorola will soon roll out support for Adobe Flash 10.1.
All of this is giving a further boost to Motorola, which has produced an amazing handset that was totally ignored by every single UK mobile operator for reasons unknown. It is however available through online retailer, Expansys.com for £399.99 SIM-free.
Although the first official 'Google Phone' is deemed to be the Nexus One in the eyes of the average consumer, the Motorola Milestone is another 'Google Experience' device and should soon be offering almost everything that the Nexus One does - bar the faster Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
No date for either update is yet known, but an update 2.1 is expected first.
